It is important to provide your mobile number and e-mail address during the checkout process. Once an order is processed and out for delivery, you will need to give the DPD driver the 4-digit pin in order to receive your order. The pin code will be sent to you via e-mail/SMS. All orders placed after 2PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return.
