It is important to provide your mobile number and e-mail address during the checkout process. Once an order is processed and out for delivery, you will need to give the DPD driver the 4-digit pin in order to receive your order. The pin code will be sent to you via e-mail/SMS. Each pin code is unique and created separately for each shipment. Please keep these safe.
All orders placed after 3.00 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from delivery instructions that deviate from the stated delivery address. This includes requests for parcels to be left in a safe space, with a neighbor, or any alternative location. Once the courier has followed these special instructions, we are unable to guarantee the security or condition of the parcel. We strongly recommend ensuring that deliveries are made directly to the intended recipient or the specified address to avoid any potential complications.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as best we can. We value our customer's time and energy highly and take this stuff very seriously.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in the same condition as they were when received, with all original tags still attached. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing their original packaging and tags may result in your refund being declined. It is important that the product is returned exactly as it was delivered to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
