It is important to provide your mobile number and e-mail address during the checkout process. Once an order is processed and out for delivery, you will need to give the DPD driver the 4-digit pin in order to receive your order. The pin code will be sent to you via e-mail/SMS. Each pin code is unique and created separately for each shipment. Please keep these safe.
All orders placed after 2PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your return.
